Korkia Consulting is a Finnish pioneer in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Now Korkia transfers RPA expertise to Latin America. The first JV company Sísua Digital has been established in Chile, where there is a growing interest in the deployment of RPA.

Robotic Process Automation as an industry is growing fast, and Finns have been in the forefront of the development of Robotic Process Automation. The global market size for RPA has been estimated to be over 2 billion euros at the moment, and it is expected to grow annually over 60% until 2020. RPA is revolutionizing industries where there is a huge amount of computer-based routine tasks, such as banking and insurance.

Korkia Consulting is a pioneer in developing businesses making use of Robotic Process Automation. Korkia has a long experience in RPA, since it was one of the companies bringing RPA to Finland. Currently, Korkia has a team of 20 RPA experts.

Now Korkia has together with strong local partners established a RPA service company Sísua Digital (www.sisua.cl) in Chile. The company seeks for strong growth in the whole Latin America.

“In Chile and the whole Latin America there is a growing need for digitalization solutions. The Finnish knowhow is highly valued, and we have already our first clients here,” comments Monica Alquati, CEO of Sísua Digital.

RPA provides efficiency and cost savings in computer-based routine tasks. By replacing a human employee with a “digital employee” errors can also be minimized. At the same time when a robot deals with routine tasks, human employees can focus on more meaningful and productive work.

In Finland we have already gained a strong position. Eera is the only Finnish company whose approach to RPA covers strategic roadmap work, process development and hands-on RPA implementation.

“In Finland we have already gained a strong position. Eera is the only Finnish company whose approach to RPA covers strategic roadmap work, process development and hands-on RPA implementation,” adds Korkia Consulting’s Partner Tomi Torri.

In addition to the growing Finnish business and Sísua Digital, there are plans for other JVs in Middle East and Southeast Asia. The objective is to transfer Finnish knowhow globally.
