Korkia’s plot funds have been sold from the current alternative investment fund manager Korkia Capital Ltd to Deas Asset Management as of 1st of April 2023.
DEAS Asset Management Finland Oy and DEAS Fund Management DK A/S have bought Korkia Capital Ltd.’s and Korkia Ltd’s alternative investment funds Korkia Tonttirahasto LP and Tonttirahasto II LP, including their respective feeder funds. The plot funds and the plot fund business are transferred from the current alternative investment fund manager Korkia Capital Ltd to DEAS starting 1st of April 2023.
DEAS Asset Management, part of DEAS Group, is a leading investment and wealth management company in the Nordics. It manages EUR 9.4 billion (AuM) assets on behalf of its clients, consisting of 500 properties in four different countries.
Markus Liimatainen M.Sc. (Econ.) will join DEAS and continue as Portfolio Manager of the Plot Funds. The purchase does not require any actions from the investors of the funds, and the funds will continue in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
