Maarit Heikkilä joins Eera as Executive Consultant

Maarit Heikkilä, Master of Social Science and Master of Education, has been appointed Executive Consultant in Eera. She has expertise in finance and insurance business as well as digitalisation, change management and service management from innovation to continual services.

Maarit worked previously in OP Financial Group as a Vice president. Her responsibilities included creation and development of OP digital services including customer data management, content management, document management and e-signature. Maarit has an impressive record of execution of change management, procurement and outsourcing programs in OP Group and in her earlier assignments as a Director in Nice-business Solutions and Senior Manager in ICL data.
