Marko Vanhatalo, M.Sc. (Tech), has been appointed Executive Consultant at Eera. His core competences include deep knowledge on international financial services (P&C Insurance), business transformation and change management.
Marko has over eight years’ international leadership experience and expertise in the financial services industry. Recently Marko was in charge of AIG Reinsurance Operations in EMEA (AIG Europe HQ, London) and General Manager of AIG GRO SPRL (reinsurance services intermediary, Brussels). He led EMEA reinsurance operations (reinsurance placement, processing and claims) and operational transformation (i.e. organizational change, offshoring, service automation, customer experience) of the reinsurance function in Europe.
Before AIG he worked for 12 years as Senior Management Consultant in Eera. He led various strategy and development projects (sales and service development, outsourcing, transformation) and strategy implementation projects in the retail, manufacturing and service industries.
