PROFITS WITH AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

We manage and advise Private Equity funds investing in Renewable Energy and Circular Economy

We operate globally to finance and manage the transition to sustainable energy production and resource economics. Our mission is to offer our investors an opportunity to join this global, stable and rewarding investment class.

Our investment focus is in areas with a key impact to our transition to the new energy economics.

INVESTING CRITERIA

Stable returns, global diversification and a cleaner environment – all in one

CASH-FLOW GENERATING APPROACH BASED ON LONG-TERM AGREEMENTS

We are a professional investor involved in project selection, funding and executing the investment process, running and – in the end – divesting the infrastructure project.

SUSTAINABLE AND MEASURABLE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Our Solar Energy Fund invests globally into photovoltaic-electricity production, mainly in Europe. We are also developing a fund with a focus on Circular Economy and Waste-to-Energy projects on a global scale.

FINANCIAL MARKETS AND FAVOURABLE RISK-REWARD RATIO

Our target companies are industrial companies employing advanced technology for a profitable business and a cleaner environment. Thus the low correlation with main financial markets.

“We are always looking for interesting companies or infrastructure projects that allow us to drivechange and add value to our investors.”

INVESTMENT FOCUS

Delivering profits with a positive environmental impact

SOLAR ENERGY

We offer investment opportunities in photovoltaic energy projects globally. We structure our investments to minimize exposure to key risks, resulting in stable cash flows. We select projects in markets with a strong underlying economic rationale and work with hand-picked local partners.

WASTE-TO-ENERGY

We are establishing our Waste-To-Energy project investment vehicle combining both industrial and financial expertise within our Group and external partners. Steady revenues generated from the sale of power, recycled materials, tipping fees and carbon credits will recoup the cost of the plant in a few years.
