The new capital adequacy regulation (IFD/IFR) treats risky investments more severely than the previous capital adequacy regulation. In order to meet capital adequacy criteria to a sufficient level required by the new framework, Korkia Oy must increase its core capital defined by the framework. Accordingly, Korkia Oy’s Board of Directors has decided to arrange three share issues in which Korkia Oy Series A and Series B shares are offered for subscription: 1) Shareholder Issue, 2) Loan and Option Holder Issue, and 3) Personnel Issue. The goal of the three issues is to raise approximately one million euros in capital.

The Personnel Issue will be carried out in such a way that Korkia Oy will offer Series B shares for subscription to Korkia -group employees, managing directors and Korkia Oy board members. The subscription period for the Personnel Issue begins on Monday, September 6, 2021 at 12:00 noon and ends on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 12:00 noon, unless the Board of Directors of Korkia Oy decides to extend the subscription period. In the Personnel Issue, the subscription price for each offered Series B share is EUR 0.5021. The subscription price is 10 percent lower than the subscription price of the Shareholder Issue and the Loan and Option Holder Issue.

In the Personnel Issue, the subscriptions in accordance with the subscription agreement must be paid to Korkia Oy’s account by 4.00 pm on 20 September 2021 at the latest in accordance with the instructions described in the terms of the share issue.
